Retrieve your MAC address from an Android device

Identify the Media Control Address (MAC) on an Android device:

 

The following instructions provide guidance on how to identify the Wi-Fi MAC address on Android devices. The provided screenshots are provided as examples and your screens may differ based upon the particular version of the Android operating system being used.

 

Find Wi-Fi MAC

  1. Tap on the ‘Settings’ app

 

 

 

  1. In the ‘Settings’ app, scroll down to ‘About phone’ and tap to open

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. In the ‘About phone’ screen locate and tap ‘Status’

 

 

 

 

  1. In the ‘Status’ screen locate the ‘Wi-Fi MAC address’ item and note the value listed underneath, in this example 44:91:60:AA:AA:AA
